Endacopia Ending C: Stay Secret Route Guide
Endacopia Ending C is the Stay route: complete both main endings or prepare for them, solve the three Chapter I secrets, then follow the changed late-game path to Clockey and the Surgeon.

Direct Unlock Answer
To get Endacopia Ending C, the collected guides say you need the secret in Misery Town, the secret in Timesville, and the secret in The Office. Steam guide notes say the route is intended only after Ending A and Ending B are complete. The Fandom material says the Prologue choice about fighting Clockey does not matter for the C requirements.
Make a backup save before committing to late chapters. The Steam guide recommends a 99% Chapter I save where each major area is near completion but not locked into its boss resolution. This is the cleanest way to avoid replaying the whole game.
Misery Town Secret
For Misery Town, bring the Metal Detector to the movie or projection tent where the clown footage was watched. Use it on the sand to find the Projector Remote. Use the remote on the screen or ceiling projector to reveal a map.
Follow that map into the mime room, specifically the area linked to the hand route. The collected notes say the path continues through a crack, a hallway, stairs, and minigames. Fandom also mentions operating four clowns and a line about “4 lives” and “4 batteries,” which confirms you are on the darker route.
Timesville Secret
For Timesville, locate the Fishing Paper with the Metal Detector and catch every fish. The collected sources repeatedly give the same total: 18 fish, three exclusive fish for every hour cycle. Finishing this unlocks the key tied to the Fishing Paper.
Use the key in the small shack or small room after the waterfall while the game is in windowed mode. The Fandom material says you can then visit the town as a butterfly and later solve CT-scan memory links for the Bride and another woman connected to the Surgeon. The exact visual sequence should be followed in game because text descriptions may omit screen-specific clicks.
Office Secret
For The Office, bring the Telescope to the train station or entrance area near the sleeping mass with a wrench, then write down the number that appears. At the office desk, use the Jobs app and call that number. The response is Morse code.
The Steam guide says the message tells you to go below the stairs for one minute. Use the lower staircase near the vending machine. After transport, solve symbol puzzles such as `$4`, `* > ^`, `% > !`, `$ ↔ ! | ! > %`, `#! + #^ > #%`, `:^( > ;^)`, and `^5` according to the clues.
After All Secrets
Once the three secrets are complete, progress normally through the remaining bosses and later chapters. The collected ending guide says the saw choice no longer matters for Ending C. In Chapter III, do not continue through the expected “please open” route; return to Mellow’s room and look for the changed state.
Fandom says the route then involves fighting Clockey, crawling into the hole, reaching the Surgeon’s cave, reading the book, and asking questions. Ending C unlocks the Stay achievement. The Surgeon dialogue includes major lore context, so rushing out will miss confirmed explanation material.
